About the position

The Senior Software Engineer will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing a Command and Control capability that enhances Force Readiness tracking and reporting for USCYBERCOM Cyber Mission Forces. This role involves creating user interfaces using modern technologies in a fast-paced, operational environment, contributing to critical cyber missions.

Responsibilities

• Develop professional UI interfaces using React, Javascript, Typescript, and CSS.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to create a unified application for Force Readiness tracking.
• Work in a Linux cloud-based Containerized/Microservice Environment.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including refactoring code and working in a CI/CD environment.
• Communicate effectively within a virtual team setting.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, CSS, and JSON.
• Experience with RedHat Linux.
• Experience working in a CI/CD environment.
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) capabilities.
• Experience in Cyber Operations, Mission Planning, and Mission Analysis.
• Background in real-world cyber operations.
