The Software Engineer V position at Akkodis involves enhancing the quality of iOS/macOS features through issue resolution, bug fixing, and design improvements. Responsibilities
- Actively monitor and resolve issues related to iOS/macOS features, ensuring timely solutions to improve software quality.
- Identify, fix, and implement design enhancements to enhance the user experience and ensure the stability of iOS/macOS features.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and testers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software updates.
- Use Xcode and Instruments tools to debug and resolve performance issues, ensuring the software runs smoothly on various devices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve software engineering skills and contribute to team growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in software engineering, particularly in iOS/macOS development.
- Strong experience with Objective-C, Swift, UIKit, Foundation frameworks, and Xcode tools.
- Proficiency in debugging, performance optimization, and bug fixing using Instruments and XCTest.
