Software Engineer

About the position

Overall Purpose: Design, develop / code, test, deploy and maintain high-quality software solutions, ensuring efficient delivery processes and production support with a focus on automation and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and code software applications by applying various programming languages to execute development methodologies.
• Gather and review software requirements, provide estimates, create design specifications, and work with engineers/architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions.
• Develop and implement automated test plans, validate test environments, data and results, design and implement code fixes, and produce reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application configuration and environment issues.
• Facilitate and support the software deployment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science desired.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Angular (front end), Node.js, SQL, Rest APIs, and NoSQL.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Azure Cloud.
• Experience with Power Platform.
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning.
• Experience as an Azure Developer.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Certifications in any strongly preferred.
