About the position

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps engineer to automate processes, develop integrated solutions, and enhance our cloud deployment and reporting platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding and scripting, particularly with Python and JavaScript, and will be familiar with serverless architectures, CI/CD practices, and API development.

Responsibilities

• Automate delivery processes and maintain CI/CD platforms.
• Orchestrate automated tests to reduce manual effort and improve product quality.
• Identify and resolve issues and inefficiencies in delivery workflows.
• Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Streamline the developer experience to improve productivity, delivery speed, and code quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of development experience using AWS.
• 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Proficient in programming using Python, JavaScript, Shell Scripting, Groovy, or Java.
• Experience in designing and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience in containerization using Docker.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience setting up, maintaining, and automating continuous integration systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Containerization with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Experience working on a Platform as a Service (PaaS) team.
