Software Engineer

About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior AI Engineer to revolutionize our ERP product suite. You'll work hands-on with multiple ERP systems, integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities using OpenAI, ChatGPT, and related technologies. This is an individual contributor role where you'll have a direct impact on shaping product roadmaps, developing AI-powered features, and driving releases that delight our customers. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions within our ERP products, leveraging OpenAI, ChatGPT, and other relevant AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into AI-driven features that enhance customer experiences.
• Contribute to product roadmaps and strategic planning, ensuring AI initiatives align with business objectives.
• Lead AI feature development from concept to production, managing the full development lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and continuously explore new opportunities to leverage them within our ERP ecosystem.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 Years of relevant experience in ML/ AI related roles with expertise in building/deploying AI solutions.
• Prompt Engineering: Engineer prompts and optimizes few-shot techniques to enhance LLMs performance on specific tasks e.g. personalized recommendations.
• Model Evaluation & Optimization: Evaluate LLMs zero-shot and few-shot capabilities fine-tuning hyperparameters ensuring task generalization and exploring model interpretability for robust web app integration.
• Response Quality: Collaborate with ML and Integration engineers to leverage LLMs pre-trained potential delivering contextually appropriate responses in a user-friendly web app.
• Proficient in Python and have experience working with machine learning and NLP processing techniques and tools.
• Worked on NoSQL databases and Vector DB.
• Solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques such as GPT VAE and GANs.
• Proficient in Langchain LLM.
• Strong knowledge of data structures algorithms and software engineering principles.
• Required technical skills: Azure Open AI, OpenAI Studio, GPT3/4.
