About The Position
As the Software Engineering Associate Manager at Lockheed Martin, you will lead the development of advanced software for the ADP ISR portfolio. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of modern technical principles, theories, and concepts in software engineering to effectively develop, integrate, and test software products that meet customer needs. Your focus will encompass both program execution, which includes managing cost, schedule, and technical performance, as well as functional responsibilities related to employee management, such as recruitment, labor planning, and performance assessments. In this position, you will be responsible for the design, development, system testing, flight testing, verification, qualification, and production of software. You will support all development change actions and ensure that engineering and program management processes are executed effectively. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting reward systems through active feedback mechanisms, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within your team.
