About the position
The Full Stack Developer position is focused on executing software solutions through design, development, and technical troubleshooting. The role emphasizes creating secure, high-quality production code and maintaining algorithms that operate in sync with relevant systems. The developer will be responsible for producing architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring that design constraints are adhered to during software code development. Additionally, the position involves analyzing large data sets to drive continuous improvement in software applications and proactively identifying issues to enhance coding hygiene and system architecture.
Responsibilities
- Execute software solutions through design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
- Create secure and high-quality production code.
- Maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
- Ensure design constraints are met by software code development.
- Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets.
- Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.
- Contribute to a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
Requirements
- Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Proficient in coding in one or more programming languages.
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment.
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, especially Terraform on AWS.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Terraform.
