About the position

As a Software Engineering Group Manager at PNC, you will lead multiple development projects and teams within the Technology group, focusing on delivering high-quality application systems. This role emphasizes both technical and people management skills, fostering an inclusive workplace culture while ensuring effective project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple development projects and application support functions for a major business segment.
• Oversee the development and implementation of complex, organization-wide systems.
• Allocate resources and ensure arrangements during the application development life cycle.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure the quality of application systems implementation.
• Provide solutions or recommendations on complicated technology issues for application development and implementation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• 5+ years of prior management experience.
• Proven leadership experience with moderate to large scope of responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
