About The Position
As the Software Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin, you will lead the F-16 MMC OFP Software Development team, overseeing all phases of the System Software lifecycle. This includes initial system design concepts, software requirements development, design, implementation, integration, and testing. You will be responsible for coordinating work assignments, performance assessments, and workforce planning while ensuring the successful completion of major milestones associated with specific programs/projects.
