Your role will also involve acting as an escalation partner for scrum masters and teams, helping to make decisions and remove impediments while fostering a culture of constant learning and improvement. You will build engineering skills alongside your team, conduct code reviews, and guide design as necessary. Ensuring security, stability, and scalability within technology functions will be essential, as will managing and mitigating technology and enterprise risks. Collaboration with Product Managers and Product Owners will be key to driving user satisfaction and influencing technology requirements and priorities in the product roadmap. You will also interact directly with third-party vendors and technology service providers, managing the allocation of people and financial resources for technology engineering, including career development and performance management for your team.
