About the position

The Software Engineering Manager for Marketing & Service at Converse is responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems, all while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions

  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and third-party services

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our systems and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or a combination of relevant education, training and experience
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce and technical leadership
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns and testing methodologies
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
