About the position

The Software Engineering Manager for the Platform team at Medtronic will lead a group of engineers focused on developing software solutions for surgical robotics. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and tools.
• Experience in developing software for robotics or medical devices is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical software development.
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in robotics.
