Collaboration is key, as you will need to drive engineering initiatives and have a significant impact at an organizational level. Your responsibilities will also include participating in technical design, measuring the impact of your team, and setting clear expectations and goals. You will work effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes, while partnering with leadership to influence and drive organizational design, contribution, and prioritization.
