About the position

The position is for an experienced software engineering manager at Apple, focusing on developing secure and performant systems-level software that supports internet services, particularly iCloud. Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in software engineering management.
• Solid understanding of Java, Swift, Rust, Go, and/or C/C++.
• Depth of networking experience.
• Familiarity with design principles surrounding distributed systems.
• Expertise with software security primitives and performance concepts, certificates, and Identity.
• Demonstrated skill and expertise with Unix-type operating systems.
• Strong team leadership experience.
• Skilled in clear communication.
