About the position

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop the programming team by establishing goals and objectives.
• Create schedules and prioritize work for the programming department.
• Provide opportunities for training and development to team members.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve standards in PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming, as well as databases and reporting.
• Review project programming work to ensure accuracy, adequacy of design, and conformance to standards.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge and introduce new concepts to the organization.
• Ensure customer expectations are met and work is completed on time.

Requirements

• Experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming.
• Ability to lead a team and manage a budget.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
