About The Position
The Software Engineering Manager will lead the embedded software development team at a large Aerospace and Defense company in Wisconsin. This role focuses on driving the development of embedded systems, particularly in power conversion, while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills in C++ or VHDL, experience with Simulink Code-generation, and familiarity with military contracts.
