About the position

As a Software Engineering Manager at PNC, you will lead development projects and teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards while fostering an inclusive workplace culture. You will be based in one of several locations, with some flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Manage development projects and teams.
• Oversee application programming and analysis projects, including development, installation, and maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain adherence to quality standards.
• Maximize staff contributions through professional growth and development.
• Analyze applications to ensure they meet business needs and specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of prior management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and communication abilities.
• Understanding of SDLC and modern application principles such as SOLID and 12-factor app.
