Responsibilities

  • Champion software excellence by leading the development and delivery of high-quality, performant, and scalable software solutions.
  • Foster a culture of growth and continuous learning within a talented group of engineers, providing mentorship and support.
  • Stay engaged in technical discussions and decisions, leveraging technical expertise to influence architecture and design.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product and Design to ensure alignment between software and vision.
  • Embrace innovation and agility by introducing modern tools and practices that drive efficiency in software development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role guiding software engineering teams.
  • Experience in technologies such as React, JavaScript, Java, Python, AWS, CI/CD, Automated Testing, and MySQL.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality software with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong track record of driving execution while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on technical contribution.
  • Commitment to building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
