About The Position
The Software Engineering Manager at UW Credit Union's Internet Services team is responsible for overseeing software delivery operations and managing development resources. This role involves leading a team of skilled software engineers in a collaborative Agile environment to develop applications that enhance the member and employee experience. The manager will work closely with the IS Leadership team and influence the direction of in-house development to support over 360,000 members.
