Responsibilities

  • Perform management duties for a team of Software Engineers
  • Execute against major product initiatives, leveraging Agile and DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies
  • Provide technical leadership, guiding your team to deliver high-quality software using industry best practices, secure coding principles, and a shift-left mentality
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Software Architects, and Development Leadership on product design and timelines

Requirements

  • B.S. in a Computer Science related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of software development/engineering experience, with core languages like C#, Java, and C++, as well as web-based frameworks like Angular and relational database management systems like SQL Server
  • 2+ years of leadership and/or people management experience
