Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver business-critical features.
• Influence the product roadmap in collaboration with product owners and other stakeholders.
• Challenge engineers to build testable, resilient, highly available, scalable, and innovative systems with proper monitoring in place.
• Mentor and support team members in their career growth through management and feedback.
• Establish a safe environment with a transparent and collaborative team culture.
• Implement and maintain software alongside team members to enhance the product offering.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in managing a software engineering team.
• Ability to build high-quality robust systems with an emphasis on client-facing applications.
• Skilled in stakeholder collaboration, contributing to product definition, and technical strategy.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, including C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS, with a strong preference for full-stack development.
• Knowledge of modern technologies, including AWS services and infrastructure.
