About The Position

The Software Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the development of advanced software solutions for machine vision-based measurement systems. This role involves guiding the team in software design, implementation, and testing, while ensuring high-quality product delivery that meets customer requirements. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to define project scopes, allocate resources, and establish timelines, while also providing mentorship and technical guidance to team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on signal processing and multithreaded applications.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and C#.
• Working knowledge of signal processing, multithreading, and 3D image processing.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and machine vision libraries.
