Responsibilities

• Accelerate delivery of key products and features, maintaining a high speed of innovation.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Coach and develop the engineering team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure production uptime and quality, focusing on performance, security, and availability.
• Develop and oversee the overall architecture of the product to align with business needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineering leader.
• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a substantially impressive software engineering background.
• Experience building customer-facing, enterprise products with substantial market success.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and accelerate team velocity.
• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, transparent approach.
• Inspirational and results-oriented leadership skills with the ability to articulate a vision.
• Hands-on approach with a strong understanding of tactical details and complexity.
