You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure technical feasibility. Your oversight will encompass the entire software development lifecycle, from conception and design to implementation and testing, ensuring that best practices in software development methodologies and quality assurance are adhered to throughout the process. As a leader, you will manage technical risks and dependencies, developing mitigation plans to address potential challenges. Staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in healthcare software development will be crucial to your success in this role. Your ability to communicate effectively and solve problems will be essential as you work with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in developing innovative healthcare software products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in building and deploying healthcare software products (a plus).
