About The Position
Minware is a self-funded seed-stage company that provides development observability software aimed at enhancing visibility into the software development process. This visibility is crucial for improving predictability and efficiency within engineering organizations. Founded by an entrepreneur who previously scaled a company to $86 million in revenue before selling it in 2021, Minware is on a mission to help others benefit from the lessons learned during that journey, particularly in growing an engineering team from 0 to 40 members. After achieving promising initial customer traction, Minware is now looking for dedicated individuals to help expand its reach and impact. As an early employee at Minware, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with the founders and engineers to build the product from the ground up. The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, high empathy, and a solid understanding of software development processes and modern full-stack technology. We are seeking an ambitious engineering manager with experience in leading teams that create scalable and maintainable software. Given our focus on developer productivity, we prioritize process efficiency and code quality, and we are looking for someone who can help us avoid unnecessary technical debt while guiding the team towards achieving this goal.
