Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of large, cross-functional programs for the development of visionOS applications and interactive content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage daily execution of engineering and design tasks, keeping the development team informed about priorities and goals.
• Advocate on behalf of the engineering and design team to ensure they receive appropriate support.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication of project risks to stakeholders and implement contingency plans as needed.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant industry experience.
• 5+ years in a software or technical program management role.
• Proven track record in supporting engineers, artists, and designers.
• Experience in structuring and scheduling to mitigate ambiguity.
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams toward project goals.
• Passion for immersive technologies and interactive experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with augmented and virtual reality concepts.
• Experience with 3D rendering engines, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Prior work experience in digital content creation, 3D games industry, VFX production, or interactive art.
