About The Position
MoxiWorks is a leader in developing web-based tools to empower real estate professionals. As part of the Software Engineering team, you will leverage your Agile/INVEST, Product, and Scrum experience to drive solutions for our customers. Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering colleagues, you will play a key role in translating business and market objectives into engineering specifications and projects, ensuring timely delivery. Your ability to utilize various means, such as visual tools like Miro and workshops, will facilitate understanding among different concepts and teams. This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings during quarterly planning sessions or at our Bellevue, WA WeWork space. We strongly prefer candidates located in the Pacific Time Zone, with a possibility for those in the Mountain Time Zone. You will be working with colleagues across multiple time zones, including Australia, so the ability and willingness to work during hours that enable real-time collaboration is essential. In this role, you will assist the Product team in building and maintaining the backlog, ensuring that all requirements and user stories align with the product strategy and are contained within the Opportunity Backlog. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to convert business needs into both business and technical requirements, translating these into high-quality user stories that include personas and acceptance criteria. Your responsibilities will also include decomposing initiatives into features, services, and stories prioritized by Product Management, maintaining traceability between user stories and feature/service enhancements, and facilitating Agile estimation, prioritization, and planning workshops.
