About the position

This internship program offers an 11-week full-time opportunity for students to gain real work experience in a corporate environment, specifically within the Analytics & Behavior Change team at CVS Health. Interns will engage in projects, networking, and career exploration activities, with the potential for future full-time employment. The program runs from May 28th to August 8th, 2025, and follows a hybrid work model, allowing interns to work both in the office and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive critical technology initiatives for CVS Health.
• Own a concept, develop a plan, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Enhance advanced analytical decision-making capabilities across CVS Health business units.
• Leverage cloud and big data technology to automate analytic tasks and improve data insights accessibility.
• Build trusted relationships with peer groups and business partners.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026.
• Experience designing and building software applications with proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Cloud development (GCP preferred).
• Experience in high-performance, large-scale distributed systems using APIs and streams.
• Experience in UI Frameworks such as NodeJS, Angular, and React.
• Working experience of CI/CD pipeline, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence peers.
• Experience encouraging teamwork and improving team effectiveness.
• Interest in obtaining a full-time position within CVS Health.

Benefits

• Hourly rate of $49 per hour for 40 hours/week.
• Housing stipend may be provided based on eligibility.
• Two days of paid leave during the internship.
