In this role, you will be responsible for writing specifications for a set of functions that will be integrated into the hardware of a modular, chassis-based multiprocessor computer. This position is critical as it involves developing software specifications that support hardware integration, bring-up, and debugging activities prior to the installation of full operating system environments. Your work will focus on creating function and interface specifications that promote interoperability and modularity of the hardware, with the ultimate goal of supporting vendor-neutral independent hardware integration. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to develop models using tools such as Magic Draw and SysML.
