Moffatt & Nichol is seeking a Software Implementation Manager to join our IT team, specializing in the deployment and integration of various software packages across the firm. This role is crucial in managing software implementations that range from small-scale projects to comprehensive ERP systems, ensuring that all implementations align with organizational needs and technical requirements. The Software Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire implementation process, which includes system evaluation, specification, configuration, data migration, customization, and troubleshooting technical issues. In this position, the Software Implementation Manager will lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software systems, providing technical expertise to optimize system functionality. The role requires collaboration with key stakeholders to identify integration requirements and design solutions that ensure data integrity and workflow continuity. The manager will assess the compatibility of software solutions with existing systems, develop integration strategies, and work closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement and test these solutions. Additionally, the Software Implementation Manager will provide ongoing support and maintenance for integrated systems, monitor data flows, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize performance and reliability. Documentation of integration processes and configurations is essential to support knowledge transfer and future system enhancements. The manager will also be responsible for leading, coordinating, training, and mentoring a small team of Business System Specialists, ensuring that projects are effectively managed and executed.
