About the position

CAVU ERP is seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Project Coordinator to oversee the implementation of our software, CAVU ERP, for new clients. This role is crucial in managing project timelines, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring seamless transitions from project kickoff to post-Go Live support. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients, the technical team, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality. The coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will schedule and manage Kickoff Meetings, training sessions, and post-Go Live meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will issue and manage Basecamp project plans for new clients, update and maintain Support Subscriber Lists for client support continuity, and organize reports based on Weekly Status Meetings. Monitoring project timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely project completion will be key responsibilities. You will also recognize projects that are off schedule and collaborate with management and the implementation team to resolve any issues that arise. Regular communication is essential, as you will provide status updates to clients and internal leadership, ensuring that everyone is informed of project progress. Additionally, you will ensure that training materials are current and distributed to clients, and perform any additional tasks as needed to support the implementation process. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, making it ideal for a creative thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage Kickoff Meetings, training sessions, and post-Go Live meetings.

  • Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure timely project completion.

  • Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and distributed to clients.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience with accounting software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience managing workstreams across multiple projects.
  • Prior experience with ERP or accounting software is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
