About the position

CAVU ERP is looking for a highly skilled Software Implementation Project Coordinator to join our team in Edgewater, New Jersey. This role is pivotal in coordinating and managing the implementation of our software, CAVU ERP, for new clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless transition from project kickoff to post-Go Live support. As the key liaison between clients, the technical team, and internal stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality. In this position, you will be tasked with scheduling and managing various meetings, including Kickoff Meetings, training sessions, and post-Go Live meetings. You will also be responsible for issuing and managing Basecamp project plans for new clients, updating and maintaining Support Subscriber Lists to ensure continuity in client support, and organizing reports based on Weekly Status Meetings. Monitoring project timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely project completion will be essential aspects of your role. You will need to recognize when projects are off schedule and collaborate with management and the implementation team to resolve any issues that arise. Regular communication is key in this role, as you will provide status updates to clients and internal leadership, ensuring that everyone is informed of project progress. Additionally, you will ensure that training materials are current and effectively distributed to clients. The position may also require you to perform additional tasks as needed to support the implementation process and enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
