About the position

The Software Inside Sales Representative II at One Identity is responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with B2B customers, executing sales campaigns, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting new clients and managing sales activities while collaborating with a team of sales professionals. The position is based in Dublin, Ohio, and involves working in the office three days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and position the strategic & tactical values of One Identity product and service offerings
  • Responsible for attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota, as well as weekly pipeline creation goals
  • Prospects new B2B customers and develops value-based business relationships with small to medium-sized business accounts
  • Identify customer needs and requirements; recommend the appropriate products and solutions
  • Work competently and competitively in a fast-paced environment that requires project and time management skills
  • Provide a wide range of product and service knowledge to prospective customers
  • Research, qualify, manage, and track leads and related sales activities
  • Placing outbound calls to follow-up on products and service inquiries
  • Qualifies leads using Company sales process methodologies
  • Coordinates with One Identity sales team to optimize sales execution
  • Provides customer quotes, ROI, proposals, quotes, and product information based on specific use case and business value
  • Work effectively in a Team Selling environment with multiple products and stakeholders
  • Engage with partners to increase market share
  • Interfaces directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with One Identity software partners and support partners in driving sales across One Identity's complete software portfolio

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience within inside sales role or relevant experience
  • Experience in planning and forecasting with Salesforce or other sales tracking software
  • Ability to work independently as a contributor on a small team supporting a large region
  • Capability to manage multiple activities and projects, delivering to expectation in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills advantageous for working across a broad and multicultural spectrum of internal user groups and external third-party organizations
  • Bachelor's Degree or combination of experience and education
