About the position

We are seeking an experienced Software Integration Architect to join our team in Carmel, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data sharing across various business functions. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, technology staff, and potential vendors to utilize modern integration platforms for developing and implementing integrations. In this position, you will lead the integration technology efforts, actively participating in data governance and data management initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and enforcing integration standards, defining and documenting integration processes, and determining business rules for integrations. Your expertise will be crucial in building and testing integrations, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization. Additionally, you will stay informed about new products and tools in the market, recommending them as necessary to enhance our integration capabilities. Your technical environment will primarily involve Mulesoft as the main integration tool, along with other key applications such as Salesforce, Workday, and various ERP systems. Your experience with these technologies will be essential in managing integration platforms, configuring them effectively, and ensuring the security and documentation of requirements. You will also be responsible for monitoring integration activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration technology efforts to ensure data sharing between business functions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, technology staff, and vendors to design and develop integrations using modern platforms.
  • Create and enforce integration standards to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Define and document integration processes to streamline operations.
  • Determine and document business rules for integrations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and test integrations to verify functionality and performance.
  • Stay informed about new products and tools, recommending them as needed to enhance integration capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Software Integration Architect or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in managing integration platforms, particularly Mulesoft.
  • Experience with key applications such as Salesforce, Workday, and ERP systems.
  • Database expertise, preferably with Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools, specifically FiveTran.
  • Proficient in configuring integration platforms and ensuring security and documentation of requirements.
  • Ability to recommend and define intake processes to support integration activities.
  • Experience in monitoring integration activities for performance and reliability.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with additional integration tools such as Zapier.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices.
