About the position

As a Business Development Representative at The Laundry Boss, you will be instrumental in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the laundry services market. This entry-level role focuses on building relationships with potential clients, promoting our laundry payment and automation system, and contributing to revenue growth. You will be a key member of the sales team, helping to expand the company's market presence and maintain its industry leadership.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients within the laundry services market.
• Create and maintain a robust database of leads and opportunities.
• Cold call, email, and use other appropriate methods to reach out to prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor our solutions effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Present our laundry services to prospects, showcasing their benefits and value.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in collaboration with the sales team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Provide feedback on product/service enhancements based on market feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous Sales Experience is a plus but not required.
