About the position

The Software Product Marketing Manager at Lenovo is responsible for managing a portfolio of software offerings, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving software sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and data-driven decision-making to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for software products, including product assortment, pricing, placement, and promotional strategies.
  • Conduct pricing analysis and adjust strategies based on competitor trends and market conditions.
  • Define marketing priorities and promotions to enhance demand generation efforts.
  • Optimize product assortment to meet customer demand and maximize sales.
  • Monitor sales performance and key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage software partner onboarding and marketing development funds (MDF) programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology marketing, ecommerce, merchandising, pricing, or partner development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
