About the position

The Software Portfolio Manager at Lenovo is responsible for managing a portfolio of software offerings, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving software sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and data-driven decision-making to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for software products, including product assortment, pricing, placement, and promotional strategies.
• Create and execute pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share, while monitoring competitor trends.
• Define marketing priorities and promotions to enhance marketing demand generation.
• Optimize product assortment to meet customer demand and collaborate with product development for timely launches.
• Monitor sales performance and key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, including revenue projections and target setting.
• Manage software partner onboarding and business reviews, and develop marketing programs funded by MDF.
• Create effective sales enablement strategies in collaboration with third-party software partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology marketing, ecommerce, merchandising, pricing, or partner development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
