About the position

The Software Product Specialist at Paperless Environments is responsible for being the expert on the company's software solutions, providing guidance to both customers and internal teams. This role involves mastering product details, aligning solutions with client needs, and collaborating with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
• Provide detailed insights and information to customers and internal teams.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends.
• Assist sales team by providing support with product demos and answering technical and functional questions.
• Collaborate with training team and technical writers to develop product training materials and guides.
• Monitor product lifecycle and collaborate with development team on enhancements and new features.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive products to provide timely feedback for product strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, especially with sales, training, and product development.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Accounting, Document Management or OCR software is preferred.
