About the position

The Software Products Quantitative UX Researcher will be responsible for designing and executing research to enhance new product experiences. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional partners to prioritize research needs and apply findings to product and design strategies. The researcher will conduct both quantitative and qualitative studies to inform product decisions and support the launch of new software products.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and socialize learnings on new product experience.
  • Collaborate with XFN partners to identify research priorities.
  • Apply learnings to product, design, and engineering strategy in collaboration with XFN partners.
  • Conduct foundational and tactical quantitative research, such as surveys.
  • Conduct foundational and tactical qualitative research, including interviews and diary studies.
  • Direct and advise on product, design, and ranking tactical and strategic product decisions in collaboration with Design, PM, Data Science, and Engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a UX Researcher for software products.
  • 5+ years experience with quantitative UX research methods, including surveys and log data analysis.
  • 3+ years experience with qualitative UX research methods, such as interviews and diary studies.
  • Experience with log data analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Expertise in survey design.
  • Experience with Dscout and UserTesting is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with usability studies.
