In this role, the Software Programmer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the company's software applications. This includes reviewing, analyzing, and modifying software programs and systems, encoding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs based on established guidelines. The individual will manage multiple projects, troubleshoot applications, and provide accurate status updates on programming solutions. Additional duties may be assigned as required. Candidates for this position should have 0-3 years of direct software programming experience, with expertise in programming languages such as .Net framework (versions 2.0/3.5/4.0/4.5), C#, SQL Server 2012, MS-SQL, T-SQL, XML, JavaScript, ADO, and Web Services. Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts and the ability to read, interpret, and implement EDI is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a creative approach to problem-solving. A Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science with an emphasis on software development is preferred, along with knowledge of common business practices, supply-chain, accounting, and inventory management.
