About the position

The Software Project Manager at RDM Infinity, LLC is responsible for overseeing multiple software projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with client and company goals. This role involves managing project tasks, delegating responsibilities to team members, and maintaining communication with clients and developers to facilitate project success.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects and tasks to ensure they are completed on time and on budget.
• Organize and plan project tasks and schedules.
• Manage tasks in accordance with company standards.
• Communicate project status to customers and development participants.
• Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities.
• Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise.
• Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting.
• Work with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and project plans.
• Maintain our work management software.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, informational technology, or related fields is recommended.
• 3 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with technical and development terminology is preferred but not required.
