About the position

The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software and hardware products through rigorous testing processes. This role involves conducting both manual and automated tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with product management to ensure that customer needs are met and improvements are continuously driven.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated tests to identify defects and document findings.
• Perform smoke and regression testing to ensure software and hardware meet quality standards.
• Track and report testing progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product management and participate in design reviews.
• Evaluate software for release readiness, ensuring customer needs are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of software quality assurance (SQA) experience.
• Proven experience as an SQA Analyst, testing web/cloud applications and hardware.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with SQA industry standards and configuration management tools.
