About the position

As a Software QA Analyst III at ManTech International, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems that support national security initiatives. You will be expected to leverage your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals independently, performing a wide variety of complicated tasks that are essential to the success of ongoing research and development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and documenting comprehensive test plans and procedures, conducting thorough testing, and evaluating and documenting results. Your expertise will allow you to provide consultation on complex projects, and you may also lead and direct the work of others, ensuring that all testing activities align with project objectives. You will prepare studies, plans, and analyses that support the delivery order, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all deliverables. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including management, co-workers, and customers, to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Your ability to remain stationary for extended periods while also being able to move about the office as needed will be essential in fulfilling your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM.
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification or higher is required.
  • Current Secret clearance.
