About the position

The Software QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for leading both manual and automation testing efforts within a dynamic environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of software applications. The engineer will also provide L2 production support and coordinate end-to-end validation with various backend systems and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead manual and automation testing efforts.
• Provide L2 production support for functional applications.
• Develop and implement test plans and test cases.
• Perform automation testing using tools like Selenium and API.
• Implement QA processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with business partners, developers, and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
• Coordinate end-to-end validation with backend systems and vendors.
• Host status meetings and ad hoc working sessions.

Requirements

• Hands-on automation experience with Selenium and API.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing test plans and test cases.
• Strong experience in performing automation testing.
• Strong experience in implementing QA processes and methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
