About the position

The Software QA Engineer position is a permanent, full-time remote role focused on ensuring the quality of web applications through various testing methodologies and tools. The role requires experience in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments, as well as proficiency in programming and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Utilize BDD methodology for web application development using tools like Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium, and Puppeteer/CDP.
• Develop and execute test cases and scripts to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to enhance product quality.
• Implement CI/CD practices using tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Analyze and report on software performance using SQL and Business Intelligence tools.

Requirements

• Experience with BDD methodology and related tools (Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium, Puppeteer/CDP).
• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with SQL and Business Intelligence reporting tools (Looker, BigQuery).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline, Google Cloud Build, Jenkins).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments.

• Experience with Google Go (Golang) programming language.
