Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans based on requirements and specifications.

• Document test results and communicate defects to the development team.
• Generate problem resolutions and track quality assurance standards.
• Expand experience in manual, automation, performance, accessibility, usability, and user acceptance testing.
• Lead and mentor junior team members in quality assurance practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience testing software.
• 5+ years of experience designing test cases for software.
• Experience using Jira for project management and tracking.
• Knowledge of test automation tools.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience testing Appian software.
• Experience developing testing processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of Air Force testing standards.
• Bachelor's degree.
