About the position

As a Sales Development Representative at IntelliHost, you will be instrumental in driving new business and nurturing existing leads for our innovative SaaS platform designed for Airbnb owners. This role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team, making you the first point of contact for prospective clients and a key player in our growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and qualify new sales leads through online forms, ads, and inbound inquiries.
  • Contact leads via phone and email to schedule meetings with our sales team.
  • Engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and explain how Intellihost and RevenueIQ can address their challenges.
  • Maintain active communication with potential clients who have shown interest but haven't yet booked a meeting.
  • Update and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure a smooth handoff to sales executives.
  • Support the sales team by ensuring their calendars are full and gaps in the schedule are minimized.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales development, preferably in the SaaS or real estate/STR industry (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and engage in consultative conversations.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage but can be trained.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the SaaS or real estate/STR industry.
