About the position

Fisher's Technology is seeking an experienced Software Solutions Engineer to join their Document Automation team. This role focuses on collaborating with customers to implement and support enterprise content management (ECM) and capture software, ensuring that the software is effectively utilized to enhance business processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain off-the-shelf software application solutions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users, including vendor escalation.
• Collaborate with customers to analyze existing business processes and streamline workflows.
• Manage document and data integrations between software and line of business applications.
• Update software and apply patches to maintain security and optimal performance.
• Train end-users on effective use of software applications and best practices.
• Execute data and document migrations from legacy applications to modern platforms.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Work to increase industry knowledge through daily responsibilities and available resources.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Solutions Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise content management (ECM) systems.
• Experience with software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with customers and teams.
• Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
