About the position

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in configuring macOS and iOS devices.
  • Comfortable working with Terminal on macOS.
  • Experience using Siri or other voice assistants.
  • Ability to follow complex and technical guidelines for device setup.
  • Ability to investigate, debug, and triage hardware/software problems.
  • Experience meeting project deliverable dates on tight schedules.
  • Integrity and respect for customer privacy and product security guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Highly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of any scripting language such as Python.
  • Knowledge of software development.
