About the position

The Software Tester II at ScriptPro LLC plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality and stability of software products within the pharmacy industry. This position involves collaborating with agile cross-functional teams to evaluate and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring that products meet market demands and customer needs. The tester will be responsible for creating test cases, diagnosing problems, and documenting solutions, contributing to projects that have a significant impact on healthcare and pharmacy services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agile cross-functional teams to deliver new or existing projects in the Azure portal environment.
• Evaluate, reproduce, and investigate software issues in coordination with the agile team and release groups.
• Create and manage test cases to enhance customer user experience.
• Test proposed changes to hardware, software, and procedures in both in-house and production sites.
• Diagnose, track, and manage the resolution of quality issues through to resolution change requests and build testing for main and beta software builds.
• Document and report test outcomes by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing data.
• Assist in reproducing, investigating, and debugging software issues.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with SQL databases.
• Experience writing Test Plans and Test Cases in Azure Dev Ops.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, including build and release Pipelines.
• Experience with JSON and XML.
• Experience with PowerShell.
